1. Take a Screenshot
Let’s begin gently; making a screenshot is one of the frequent things in shortcuts. However, it can be very useful when you achieve high score in some games and need to immediately show it on your social network in order to make others to be aware of your talent.
Simultaneously hold the Home button and the Lock button for a second.

2. Double-Click on Home button
While we’re looking about the Home button, you can double-click it to get the Multitasking bar which is familiar for most of the iPad users. So that you will have the applications that have been recently used by you and you can continue the process on the application from exactly where you left. It is based on thread functionality.

3. Triple-Click on Home button
This trick might not be known by many of the iPad users. The special thing on triple-clicking the Home button is configurable!

4. Zoom
Ever thought it may be helpful to magnify the whole screen? In order to enable the zoom option when you are struggling to read the smaller texts on the screen when the zoom option isn’t available, use this trick. Just, double-tap the screen with 3 fingers and now you can move the page around by dragging with 3 fingers.

5. Pinch to Home
This is one of the best tricks in iOS 5 – don’t reuse the Home button. Just pinch with 5 fingers to return back to the Home Screen.

6. Find My iPad
If you not aware of it just enjoy from now by find your iPad.
Hopefully iPad’s dream feature come true, just turn it on in iCloud settings. If you want to find your iPad then go to the iCloud site  provide your iTunes details.

7. Street View
Simply open the Maps, drop a pin and then tap on the red person icon which is left of the address. This Feature may assist you whenever you need to find any address or place in the unknown area.

8. Find My Friends
I’m bit surprised of how many people don’t know about Find My Friends! Apple released it in the App Store.
Just download Find My Friends from the App Store and you can easily find the location of your friends and family.

9. Hidden Apostrophe
Just hold down the comma key in order to find the hidden apostrophe.

10. CAPS LOCK
Double tab the shift key in order to turn the caps lock option on. Do it once for turn it off.

11. Split the Keyboard
This may be useful. Just, select the Split command then your keyboard would divide in two, shrink, and move up slightly. This may allow you to type using both of your thumbs!

12. Restrict Spotlight Searches
Go to General in Settings and select the Spotlight Search to edit what items to be show up when you search in Spotlight.

13. Find Definitions
Have you ever spent more time on checking the meaning of a word without knowing this quick feature.
Simply tap and hold to select the word and tap Define, iPad has a built-in Dictionary.

14. Easily Download Previously Purchased Apps
Tab the purchased option on the app store to have a list of all previously downloaded apps. Then just click the iCloud icon to get any one of them.

15. Add Extra Contact Fields
This feature will lead you to add the desired information about the person such as the following
